Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

I’d that’s about right. The sweet spot for a single person to live comfortably in SD is def in the 150K+ range so families need need way beyond that. Last time I checked 1st tier poverty income was considered to be around $75K and the median income in SD was $106K.
You are correct. How companies still think paying $75k-80k a year is acceptable is beyond me.
I'd agree, I make exactly 100k. Rent eats on paycheck and in order to make a profit at the end of the month, I have to budget. I think at 120k you should be good
I agree. I am renting but i am trying to buy and figuring a 3k mortgage ( in todays market) a month, utilities, car payment and essentials. No frivolous spending or debt.
I think that $100k would be enough to live comfortably. It depends a lot on your lifestyle and spending habits though
I think that you could make it work with $80k, if you want to not have to worry about money at all and have room to make investments then $100-110k would be a good range
I have made it work with with 80k but it was tight. Not much left for savings or investments .
Kind of subjective. At 100k you would be comfortable and not stressing about finances too much, but you could certainly make it work with a bit less if you needed to.
It’s subjective LOL
Really depends. But I would say yes that is enough to live comfortably on.
