London Big4 offer for Senior Manager didn’t come with sign-on bonus. Is it worth asking the recruiter or is it not a common thing?

Time to replace my 12+ year old Travelpro bags. They've held up well for multiple international moves and regular travel but are having some problems now.

What are some brands or specific bags to consider? I'd prefer light, soft cases. Bonus points if the bag doesn't look too expensive. I'm small, female, and often travel alone. Don't want to be a target when I'm on the road.

1) Monthly performance pay is 9.25 percent of CTC. Recruiter is saying this is fixed salary. Is this component always fixed or there are scenarios when company can deduct this? Even if one is on bench, is this fixed?

2) Performance Bonus / Quarterly variable is 12.7 percent of CTC. Is this too high or standard for all people at C3B level?

3) Together both make variable 22% of CTC. Is it normal or too high?

If I’m making 65k in my first year of audit, should I jump ship now before I reach senior for a job as a “senior accountant” with 85-95k comp? Or should I wait until I reach senior associate and then jump to the same 90-100k range?

What would be percentage in Bonus this year for Rating :- strategic impact in Tech consulting.
And what would be the hike percentage in salary.

Received a job offer. Was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on a concern I had about it. It's an entry level position, and I don't have much experience. The billables are 2040 a year. For billable hours in civil litigation and insurance defense, is 2040 hours for a 1st year associate on the high end in this field for a small or midsize firm?
