I took a look and seems like all those jobs require a ton of contract experience, how’d you get past that as a prosecutor?
There are also some jobs that are “international trade analyst” or international trade compliance jobs, I got two interview call backs for those but I had already accepted this offer. Either one I would have been happy with.
Just as a heads up, defense firms are highly cyclical. They will let you go once they are done with whatever it is they need you to do.
My two sisters have worked for the same defense contractor for over 20 years - the whole team that hired me has been there 5-10 . I’m not too worried

I haven’t started yet, but from the interviews it sounded interesting and combined contract drafting, statutory interpretation, general knowledge of the business supply chain and manufacturing , and internal auditing. At least some small part of the job is explaining to clients why the product was late or faulty and for that you have to do an internal audit or investigation with the manufacturing team.
