The stress of this job ruined my life.
The stress has lead to an eating disorder that I can’t get control of. I’ve lost 25 pounds since starting at the firm two and a half years ago. I am 20 pounds less than I was in high school... I don’t know how to get control again. Even when the stress lays off I can’t eat more due to being used to being busy for almost 9 months out of the year...

Whenever I have to put slides together, I doubt myself a million times and it takes too long to make a single slide. I know I have Impostor Syndrome and depression, and the longer it takes to put a slide together, the harder it is to get it done. It’s like I have a phobia for doing the work, but it’s my job as a consultant 😔 I think I fear getting it wrong, but I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this and how they have coped? Relatively new position at a coveted firm as their Marketing and BD manager. Have suffered burnout and depressive episodes previously: can feel the symptoms raising it’s head. So, my MS got caught as a subcontractor for one of my vendors and he was doing their work instead of the property's while clocked in I brought it to HR. we did a cease and desist despite my objections...MS ended up putting his two week notice during which he didnt work and spoke ill of me and my remaining staff to residents...today was his last day and with my regionals permission i told him that our vendor was not allowed to use him on our property due to the conflict.
