Hi. I'm a final year btech student, and I recently got an offer from PwC India for the post of Sr. Analyst, with the package of 4.5lpa fixed + some yearly performance bonus. How should I expect me to be my career graph in pwc? Promotions, work culture, work life balance, basically any kind of insight will be appreciated.
THANKS A TON, IN ADVANCE.

And, keep in the back of your mind that you’ll never really know until you get there. But trust your gut. I talked myself into lateraling into a very prestigious NY law firm only to realize it was never going to work once I got there. Was there for 2 years. Sometimes you can just feel something isn’t a good fit, and I should have been more attuned to that during the interview process. Hindsight, right?
I try and find people at the firm I’m looking to go to who I was classmates with or who are friends of my friends. Then I ask my friend for an introduction and I pick their brain about the firm culture. If it’s someone you know or a friend of a friend, you usually get more candid responses.
I am also in the process of lateraling and had two similar firms to choose between. During the interview process, one of them gave me the opportunity to speak off the record with several associates. The other firm only had me meet with partners and a mentor of mine pointed out that could be a red flag. I ended up accepting the offer from the first firm
