Hi fishes! I'm currently looking to do a bit of a career switch from research in Medchem to a field service technician role (for laboratory instrumentation). I have cleared all the interviews for Walmart and salary negotiations are also done. A month ago the recruiter said that they are waiting on some approvals and once it is done we will be issuing the offer letter but I haven't heard back any other update since then. Am I getting rejected or is it normal to be on hold without any update for a month at this stage?
