Hi All..Im SAP BASIS HANA consultant yoe 7.5.Holding offer from TCS 23LPA and I also had offer from NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS for 28LPA. As per the interview it seemed to completely a HANA DBA role for Europe project.
Can someone please suggest how is WLB in NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS (earlier itelligence). thank you

Seems companies are not learning, even after the great resignations.. the big names... Like TCS, ibm.. are not doing any changes to their work culture and ethics to improve WLB.

They have asked to sign ans send the letter as confirmation.
