Looking for advice from recruiters. I got a criminal speeding ticket (rural highway, wasn’t paying enough attention and went 90 in a 75) which is a Class 3 Misdemeanor. Mo criminal record otherwise. How much thought do recruiters in advertising put towards something like this in a background check?

What are actionable items one should strive for when trying to grow as a designer after landing their first role? I hear a lot about ways to grow to land the first job but very little about how to improve after you know the basics.
