Well, then who cares as long as you’re paid lol but if you want to be challenged, give it some time and if things don’t become interesting you can start applying. But I would say, have the discussion with your manager and discuss the possibility of doing trainings, certifications... the grass is not always greener elsewhere
I expressed this to my director and she said that it’s gonna be like this and cyclical but during my interview she said otherwise. I also already have 2 1 year stints on my resume or else I’d just leave. Still open to leaving but what else can I do?
