I am getting an offer of 12lpa fixed from EY GDS. YoE 5 years. Cybersecurity domain. My fixed was at 8.7 lpa. How is the offer? Rank is 44.

Does anyone else just not even want to be a people manager anymore?! The amount of work this is taking, I’m just so over it. In addition to them piling on my work (which is a full time job) the people management stuff is just as much a full time job that no one in management seems to take into account. I have tried countless times to explain this but I end up burnt out, everyone suffers including me. I just left one role bc of it and now this new role, same thing. I’m over it.

How do you handle a 3 months notice period when you start looking out for jobs. No recruiter is interested when you say 3months NP.

I’m so grumpy about new campus hires. Sometimes I’m judgmental (your hobby is “working on your golf swing,” really?). Sometimes I’m just exhausted by the worried earnestness. PWC is offering same with 2 lakh JB and 20% variable...but PWC offer is not released yet...how can I negotiate with EY without offer...just want same compensation as PWC with JB is enough? Will EY ask for offer letter if I ask to match PWC offer?
