Looking for any tips or suggestions from successful company sponsorship for an EMBA.

I’m looking to do an EMBA but will need my company’s support from a time and financial perspective. I’m think to ask for 50% of the cost and propose a couple different programs. Anyone successfully get company sponsorship that can share insights?

Im thinking of taking up MBA soon.. or should I focus on gaining other Finance certifications and leaning new language instead?

I am currently working as a Data Science Analyst in Amex and would like to make a switch to Fraud detection/Credit risk modelling in future.(not in a hurry but would like to start preparing for the same)
How should I go about preparing for it? Is MBA the only course?
My current tech stack is Python, Pyspark, Hive, SQL, ML, DL(specifically NLP based). I have already done MS in CS from IIT Kgp.
I am confused mainly cause the tech stack requirement is similar to my role in the company.

Need advice—torn btwn Booth and Sloan.

Already work in mgmt. consulting but looking to do either consulting or ibanking post-MBA (have only been at company for 1 year so not sponsored and may or may not return to my company).

Have $60K scholarship at Booth, nothing at Sloan. However, I already went to UChicago undergrad and live in Boston so have an established network here. However, concerned about lack of soft skills/leadership development, focus on academics, nerdy culture at Sloan.
