Working into technology consulting in a Big 4 vs. in-house consulting for an end client (client work is non-tech, corporate strategy and supply chain optimization) which is pharma major.

Assuming financially both options are equal at comp/TC.

2. Deal Advisory role at one of the Big 4

Just received an offer with expected / standard salary for role but no signing or relocation bonus. They know I don’t have any other offers which is why I assume they didn’t offer any signing bonus - do I have any chance of getting one without “leverage”?

Relatively new in Big4 M&A advisory doing mostly integration work with some pre deal DD mixed in. I recently heard L.E.K. Consulting places well in MM PE but don't know much about them otherwise. Was interested if anyone had insight into whether a jump to their M&A or PE groups would be possible. In terms of background, I have an undergrad business degree from a T20 school and graduated a T14 law school as well.
