Looking for perspective. My background is in social work, customer service, and HR including payroll onboarding training and employee relations. I moved into HR to support employees the way I wish I had been supported. I have had a tough run with layoffs and leaving roles due to ethical concerns and feel it has been hard to find something after being let go. I have been unemployed 5 months with strong interview feedback. Do I keep pursuing HR or pivot?

Over the last couple of months I’ve interviewed for a number of jobs and made it to second and third round interviews but never got an offer. My last interview was on Monday and I got feedback that I did not get selected because it did not seem like I was a a team player. Ive got three interviews coming up and l am wondering how I can improve my chances of getting an offer. Any ideas are welcome. I need a new job like yesterday.

Resigned from my job for blatant racism last week. Been a contingent worker for 6 months. The manager that recruited me unfortunately left after a couple weeks and went to another company. She however recommended me for the permanent opportunity to higher management. The acting manager came in, permanent role was posted, I applied, interviewed……manager told me they chose someone else external for the role. I could sense the manager had no intentions to hire me permanently

Round 2: Hiring manager round. Went well.

After 2 weeks they said Role no longer available. It was L5 supply chain role. This happened in April. Can I apply again in Amazon? I joined a company 3 months ago, does it look bad in CV to leave again in 3 months? I hv a 6 month gap in career in 2019 due to lay off (covid). total exp 9 yrs. SCM exp 6 yrs.
