Looking for the next career step outside of the media agency world. Am a Director in "Digital Investment" with 10 years of media buying experience, so wondering what sort of roles make sense if I were to move to the publisher/client/etc. side.

I assume "account management" at publishers/vendors are the easiest with my buying background, but want to understand what else is out there.

How can I switch to product management?
I am currently working in secondary research domain in a leading consulting firm, and have primary market research experience with leading market research agency. Also have 2 years of pre-MBA exp as SAP Basis consultant.
Could anyone please provide guidance on how to switch to product management roles?

Have you seen women wear ties and "masculine"-looking suits to work? Was it accepted by client and team? I've never worn a tie to work, but when I've worn clothing that had a more "masculine" fit either in grad school or some work environments, I've gotten comments and looks, or sometimes asked (or people gossiped) about my orientation. When I wear more "feminine"-looking clothing, I feel more more uncomfortable and awkward. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Does anyone have any advice on what organizations may be interested in hiring someone with my experience?
