My roommate has been offered a position with Deloitte and a similar position at PwC. Pay, benefits, location. Etc. is all as wanted for both. She wants to decide who to join. I am not pushing her to join PwC coz it would be a biased opinion - but anyone here with experience at both the firms, please share your insights. Thanks!

Happened to me with Mindtree recruiter, for an IoT leadership position where the interviewing VP chose to no show twice… after which I thanked the recruiter that I was impressed by their book of busi-ness and that it was intimidating to be thinking about the prospect of working for Mindtree… as I’m too incapable for those performance standards… 😂😂

How do real estate lenders take cash flow into consideration?
