I am a manager at a micro mobility startup. I have been doing well here. Ridership in my region increased by 3X in a market now worth $8-10 Million. It's now the fastest growing market across the company in a matter of few months.

Past Experience: Amazon Area Manager led big teams (100-150 Associates) during peak/prime season.

Do I quantify my resume & focus on my impact as a manager? Any Suggestions or referral would be welcome!

Hey folks, I just want to know how to identify by seeing an offer letter of TCS, is it a C2H or Parament position ?

Plan to go to B-school in 3 years (1 year out of UG now). Long term goal is entrepreneurship. Have offers at a MBB firm for a generalist consultant role and at FAANG for a strategy role. FAANG offer is slightly higher (though both are a 50+% bump on my current comp). Both would have me reset to entry level. Which one should I take?

I currently work as an APM at a FAANG company but recently received an offer to join an MBB. I’m very excited about the role but didn’t realize I’d need to take a pay cut when I applied (~100k base + ~20k bonus + ~60k equity vs. 90k base + 10-20k bonus). Considering that I currently work 40-60 hours/week, I’ll be making significantly less per hour at the MBB.
