Should I keep investing all my extra savings in the stock market? Its return is no brainer long term but part of me wants to diversify elsewhere. Real estate is not an option for me right now.

Although the policy relates to me, the name of the policyholder is my dad and I would like to change it to me but keep the same beneficiaries. Is it possible to transfer from him to me?
