Looks like market are so bad these day or company don't want to pay good .or asking like hell in 8-12 yoe .been interviewed in 3 company all interview I answered 80-90% all r lead / sre / platform engineer post (8-12)
1) Arm - good interview ( ghosted)
2 ) Thales - 100% answer( selected )
3) ericsson- dumb guy come 15 min late in interview didn't ask much just ask a code to write in artifactory I answer 60-70% properly then at last mentioned brush up more in coding part..( not select)

I’m currently interviewing with a few top 10 firms and a couple top 100 firms for a mostly remote experienced associate/new senior role. Does anyone have any tips on virtual interviews and how to gauge the culture of the firm and if it really will be a good fit for you?
