Hi Fishes, Got a call from SAP for functional role .I have 10 yrs exp in SAP functional skill , how much can I ask for compensation. Since when I asked 50% hike recruiter behaved abnormally and denied it.
What's job level and avg compensation for 10 yrs exp resource in sap labs.

Recently I cleared 2 technical rounds and had salary discussion with HR on 26th July.
When I enquired about offer letter last week, hr replied in mail that "Since your education under blacklist with cognizant, we are unable to process with your offer. Many of college alumni are already working with cognizant. Even mailed them what part of education is blacklisted but they are not replying.should I still expect offer letter from them?

Joined EY India a few months ago in tech consulting and have been working 12 hrs a day + 4-5 hrs on weekends and official holidays too. Hello all. My company just went through an acquisition and the company did some restructuring of job titles. When they did this we were all advised the company would be making sure our jobs pay aligned with the national average.
My issue with this is my job title went from a Technical Support Supervisor to a Customer Success Team Lead. I have voiced my concerns with management but have been advised job titles are semantics. In my eyes this is a demotion, and will affect how much my job is worth.
