Oh hell yea take that. I’m sure there are ways back to consulting down the road too if you want to ever come back. That’s good $$ and a great work life setup.
Don’t make the decision based on money. It’s pretty much the same salary when you factor in all your travel perks (daily meal allowance, hotel points,miles)

It’s for a big insurance company
Take it - you will be happier and your kids will love you!
Take two steps back - what are your career aspirations, and do either of these get you closer to that? I don’t recommend just only looking at the next decision in front of you.
