I think it depends on your preference within the realm of HR. If you like getting involved in the business with having a seat st the table and in a feild that is more results then people driven (heavy industry vs fashion design) I think the MBA is better. If you like drafting policies and creating recognition programs then the MHRMcis probably better. Schulich had a mini-MBA that I did and I loved it. For me, it solidified going thr MBA route.
