Gave interview in TCS, it went pretty well. At the end, the tech interviewer asked my expected ctc. After mentioning as 27lpa, he asked if can be negotiated, told yes.
After that didn't get any feedback, its been around 5days.
Is 27lpa too much fr tcs? 🤔

Hey, I have 4 YOE and currently a manager at PwC and have been managing teams for a little over a year now. My role mainly consists of leading teams of engineers deliver MVPs to our clients.
If I wanted to exit to Google or Facebook (Meta) what role would align for me? I was looking at engineering manager roles but unsure if that’s too senior for me.
EY Deloitte PwC people - would you leave your current employer for a 15%-25% total comp difference? This translates to a 25-45k difference per annum, largely driven by bonus at the new firm (20-40%), much smaller than my current employer. Doesn’t feel like a great exit opportunity - currently at big 4 this would be moving to a niche consulting company

Pay is standardized whether you come from MBA or industry. Everyone gets the same exact offer
Really? There’s no range for the associate level or negotiation allowed even if the pay would be less than current package?
Joining NA office, and got 30k signing.
Yes. Base is standard at 165 and expected bonus is based on tenure and performance, but 15ish. Your YMMV though.
What about for BAs?
Don't assume you'll get the $35k bonus in "up to $35k". The vast majority get $15k first year.
