I heard that the cool off period is six months. Does that apply to my situation because I didn't attend any interview.

Can I use referals to apply before 6 months? Or should I wait for 6 more months?

Principal called me into his office in the middle of my work day to let me know I did not get the K job I interviewed for & that he had no intention of ever considering me for the job. He told me I wasn't professional because I went for walks on my lunch time, I left the building when my contractual hours were done, I didn't use any of my spare time seeing if he needed me to sub anywhere, also encouraged me to apply for all upcoming jobs but would never get them :) How toxic is your work place?

Hi All, Just finished the process with Alix tech & Digital practice (VP) and A&M PEPI (SA) and got an offer from Alix and waiting for the salary details from A&M. I work on short-term projects with very scrutinized budgets, yet my utilization is supposed to be 100%, so my hours are scrutinized by the teams I work with and leadership.
