Middle east: Is there a salary premium in Riyadh offices compared to Dubai? If so, what is the height?

Recently received an offer from Ogletree to do only class action work. It'll be a big change for me, I'll be starting as a fourth year. Double my current salary, etc.

What will this be like? It's more of a niche, but lucrative, part of their practice, right? Will I really get good WLB like they claim? I have a nice 40 hour a week job right now, no billables.

Infosys 24L (21-F,3-V)
JPMC - 28L Fixed.
