Hey all. I have worked in Sales for 13+ years & due to the pandemic started working at Dell for the government… to try something different. However, I realized my heart is in sales and want to get back into it. I have 10+ years in a management role and looking to connect and find more opportunities. Sales Enablement/Training, Training Facilitator, sales Management, etc. I am trying to stay in Big Tech/start 🆙Preferably remote but either in NYC or the Austin area as I have homes in both states.

Thoughts on Prosci or SHRM-SCP certification? Which would be considered more valuable or highly regarded? Currently focused on Change Management but have a HR background (industry experience / area of study in college).

I am terribly underpaid in my current org at 5.5 LPA after a recent promotion and annual appraisal. Another mid size consulting firm offered me 7.5 LPA but I am asking them around 9 LPA. Does it look bad to leave a role before you are promoted? Been in industry for almost 2.5 years and not made senior. Considering offer as assistant controller at a small HF shop. Currently audit A2, will be promoted to S1 this Summer, and in HCOL market. No CPA. Haven't gotten the details yet, but recruiter sent me for 95-100 base, expecting ~20% annual bonus, full medical dental, free lunch and gym FWIW. Is this low?
