So basically was offered 13% over my current plus 5k sign on... is that ok?
13 is appropriate
Lol. So unrealistic. Figure an extra 2-5k
I’m mean what is your new number? Forget percentages. Are you happy? Who cares what other people got
Do they really pay 20% for lateral moves from one b4 to another? It just gets amortized away when you get raises each year until you match your peers
20-25 percent
@EY1 why so high
Regardless of if your happy or not... u still don't wanna be underpaid... do you?
If that’s going to make you unhappy, sure
Some nice they made an offer it shows they like you and there is a position they want to fill. It never hurts to ask for more. The worse comes to worse and they say no. I have a staff working me who applied for senior position and after interview was offered staff position. Guess what he works as a staff and staff salary because I know his salary. Unless you got fired and really need that Job, I would not move without 20% raise.
You will do the same job, how do you deserve a 20% raise. The company will pay it to get you, but your next raise will be 5% while people at your old company get 8 %. It all evens out after a couple years.
I would think to would be 20 to 30 percent. Let us know.
Pwc 2 it's 13%
Is there what to negotiate about? Don't wanna piss off HR and get offer pulled
Why do you think you are worth more?
I do not... I'm just asking for the norm
Never ever move for less than 20%
Yes they pay 20%
