Hello,
I hope to go into management consulting, and want to apply for EY-Parthenon. Does anyone have any tips on how to submit an application or even be considered for a full time role straight out of undergrad if you don’t come from a target school?
The professionals I have talked to as well as the website only allows target school (ivy league) undergrad students to apply through their respective portals.
How do I get a fighting chance?

Making this move and yes, I do absolutely think it hurts odds at the tippy top (HS for sure and maybe W). Better to be a top dog at T2. Even if you're a good performer at MBB, your story becomes lame and letter writers won't know you as well.
It was certainly a con in making the move when I was deciding but didn't care enough ultimately to make me stay.

Yeah, I let that thought creep in but then realized how silly it was.
In fact, being at MBB has sort of freed up the "need" for an MBA for me. I'm less keen on taking the opportunity cost hit (whereas before, I felt like I needed it for the branding).
MBB is a better brand and network than what you're going to get in b school in the vast majority of cases (including H and W tbh).
Being MBB pre-MBA in particular is a standout.

Take it. Honestly my network at BCG is far more impressive than that of my b-school (HSW) :)
HBS alum here and would disagree re-network. While my MBB network is great especially for finding roles, my HBS network is more varied in terms of work experience which has been helpful when seeking input on something niche

You’re overthinking it. Take the offer. Pretty rare for MBB folks to end up outside the M7
tuck too
None of our Scholars go below top 5ish, and there is a a high proportion of Scholars (firm paid MBA)

Definitely excellent placement but some outside of the top 5 and also again, it's a bit of a selection bias. No one at MBB or T2 is going to go to a school outside of the top 10 for example because it doesn't make sense.
