Moving to BCG soon, and looking at their non compensation benefits - does BCG have a policy for leave of absence / family leave ? (Separate from parental leave). I know that in the future I’ll need to take some extended time off for personal reasons and the benefits doesn’t mention anything aside from parental leave.

Thoughts on Citi's Leveraged Portfolio Group at the Analyst level? I'm curious if anyone has additional details on the group for an Analyst spot. What does the group focus on in terms of work, what are hours like, decent exit Ops, interview process etc?
