Hello ZSers,
I have been shortlisted for AC role and my HR discussion is scheduled next week.
1. Need some insights on the maximum and minimum ctc (fixed and variable) that can be offered for 3 yoe (all relevant) . My current ctc is 7.2 (6.5 fixed) . Tech stack - Big data and AWS developer.
2. Is there any joining bonus. If yes , what should be the ask.
Any inputs will be very helpful for me to go with my expectations to the HR. Thanks!

This is the second time they pushed back their consideration... 😞

In general, I wouldn’t worry about any emergency or family leave situations. At the minimum you have FMLA, however all of these companies tend to be highly flexible given the model of work.
Yes! After 12 months of tenure generally but exceptional situations are always looked at don’t worry.
The HR ppl I’ve worked with have been VERY flexible and empathetic about taking leave (US-based here). I’ve found some of the non-compensation benefits to be the second to none.
