Bain & Company Hello, I received an offer as a Senior Practice Manager at Bain. The profit sharing range is 0-12% in the offer letter. Is it typical to receive the midpoint (6%)? Also, what do the annual salary increases typically look like? Any insights are much appreciated. Bain & Company Boston Consulting Group McKinsey & Company

we have a strong practice in SD - great connectivity. North County makes travel difficult. Most of our younger folks are closer to downtown, mission beach, PB, etc.
Tech consulting @BAH
@pwc1 im moving there too!!! but coming from NYC so the drop in rent brings happy tears to my eyes
I live in PB too! Northern PB is a bit quieter and more residential. I can walk to the beach or drive 10 minutes to get downtown. Been here for 4 years and I love it.
Not in San Diego and because it's expensive.
Depending on how old you are and what type of environment you are into
Pacifc beach if you are under 28. La Jolla if you are ritzy. Little Italy if you like city life and amazing food
Feel free to create a burner email and I'll help you out. Been in SD for 2 years now
I love to surf, so north county is what I would prefer. But the lady wants to be in the city, and loves little Italy. Basically anything that would best satisfy both those requirements -- which sounds like PB. And yeah under 28.
Ya, PB is best bet. Central to what you need. I didn't know PwC had a consulting practice in SD. What area are you in?
PB is also where I live haha 🙌🏻
Good to know @P3
