Anyone struggling with imposter syndrome? When I worked for a very well known Fortune500 tech company I couldn't help but feel major imposter syndrome. I’m interested in pursuing cosmetic dermatology (possible Botox and laser treatment) for the first time. I’ve done a ton of research and the derm I’m most interested in going to charges a $150 consult fee but does NOT apply that cost to any treatments you get, whereas from my research it seems like derms in my city usually do apply the consult fee to the treatments. Need some suggestions from everyone. I have 4.5 years experience and I was working as contractor in ZS and my CTC in parent company was 7 Lakhs.

ZS were willing to offer me FTE as ZS but at a compensation of meagre 8.5 Lakhs. I tried negotiating but they sticked with this.
