So I've had 2 hiring managers and several recruiters from Amazon reach out to me about applying for some open positions with the company (android). I completed the coding assessment and now they want me to go through a round of 5 hour interviews next week. Is there a good chance I'll be hired if engineering managers are reaching out to me? I'm really not sure how badly I want to work for them and I don't want to be laid off months after being hired on. Anyone know what Amazon hiring is like?

Leave Accenture. You’ll be better for it. Worst case you can always come back.
They will not match that lol
If you’re going to use this offer as leverage for a counter, you need to be prepared to leave if Accenture doesn’t match (or at least get close enough to your liking). Bear in mind you’re asking for a raise in the neighborhood of 40-50%
Ask for a counter
Good luck! Just heads up- they may or may not be able to match. If they can’t they’ll probably be able to bump your salary a bit!
Either way, congrats on the other offer!
Get out of AFS. You’ll never make money there and will learn slower than most other places. Good place to go once you have a family and don’t care anymore.
Don’t ask for a counter snd then stay. You have to be prepared to leave once you cross that bridge. It sound like you’re not necessarily interested in the role but the money, yet it seems like you’re enjoying where’s you’re at and have no desire to leave. Just sit tight, the money will come alter.
I don’t think this is good advice, I think you need to take advantage of the current market dynamics and get your money if you have the opportunity. Don’t expect firms to be generous just because your sitting tight
I would leave and take that offer. Your experience and wlb at Accenture is honestly so project specific, and you may even come to resent that you passed up so much more money. As other people have said, you can always come back or find your way into the 20 or so similar firms to us.

Get out of federal

Actually, it is still in federal space, same project (really big project) but different people, different team, and different role
It’s a no brainer….just take the offer and go. Congrats
