My boss called me in today to tell me layoffs are coming and I will be on the chopping block. How do I show my worth as a last ditch effort?

Is it good to hpe seeing current layoffs. Is there good work life balance? Job security?

I have been a strategy and planning associate for a year and a half (first job out of college), I found that I'm not really cut out for this sector of advertising and would like to get more into the creative area. I've applied to countless copywriting jobs but only get rejections. Does anyone have any advice? Are there other areas I should be looking? Hi friends of fishbowl! A year ago I told myself no more agencies. Then I got a job at another agency and I’m basically hating my life more than ever right now. This place is not good for me mentally and I’ve only been here for 90 days. I should’ve listened to my gut but here we are. So my question is what job titles should I be targeting as a senior project manager if I want to go to to client side?
