Don’t do business with family and friends
Business is business. Don't look away. And don't let this build. It will eventually weigh on you and take its toll.
Again you are running a business. It is important to have that established at the beginning for a time such as this. Talk with your brother, and help him see how it could eventually hurt the business. Hopefully, he is mature enough to hear and respond, in a healthy way. In addition, figure out his strengths and use them to the business advantage. This will more than likely give him a deeper sense of purpose and focus and can simultaneously give you the peace of mind of having a great business partner.
It ultimately depends on the relationship you both have with each other. Be honest, but respectful.
Wishing you both the best of luck!

You should be able to be honest with your brother. If you can't then maybe not the best pair for business together... Ya know?
There's gotta be a way to be honest with him and with yourself about whats going on, yet still being completely respectful and loving towards him.
Don't start a business with a family member if you can. But if you already have, you need to have that conversation with him as a *business partner* and not as a brother. But it's family... so you have to say hard things gently.
