Do anyone know how much bonus does Tavisca gives to its employees who joins lets say in July, I heard its 10% above ctc, but is it always the same or can increase/decrease??
PS : I have joined in july and wanted to calculate my ctc including bonus or any incentive.

Hello Verizon fellows, In Deloitte, there's a facility to claim a certain reimbursement for purchasing mobile devices through their portal or something. Similarly, do VDSI employees have any discounts or reimbursement for purchasing devices through Verizon? If so, kindly let me know how to check it out. Thanks in advance.

Probably not much - they tend to stick with their numbers with the college hires. If he’s done his research he could back with “I was hoping to be closer $X which is market salary for a recent graduate in Y field.”
He needs to explain why the value he's providing justifies an increase. I tried unsuccessfully to negotiate an increase when I came in as a SC, but talked my way into a modest signing bonus. Results vary across groups/levels/rtc
Maybe not the most useful info but if he has any data science experience, wouldn’t hurt to emphasize it. That’s one of those core areas that the firm needs more of and I’ve seen new hires use data science experience to make a good case for it
He wants more money...what is he offering in exchange? Is he going to show up for work or provide more effort, because those are already expected. What can he offer that the company hasn’t already factored into the job?
If he doesn’t have something else to offer then he isn’t negotiating, he is begging and belittling his value by not knowing the difference.
You're too expensive for your LCAT is the standard line for everything. I know for a fact that I am atleast 30% below market.
Depends on what leverage your brother has. Competing offers for example could be one?
He doesn’t. He has another interview with a firm which he will def land him a offer but Booz is asking for a decision before he gets that offer. Trying to see what he could leverage as a recent undergrad.
He can’t. If he gets too expensive for his LCAT, he will have to be taken off the project after a certain period anyways and it doesn’t sound like he is bringing any additional value to the firm
