McKinsey & Company I had a second round of interview with McK 1 week back but no one got back to me yet.
I only received a link to login to McK website where the status my job application shows “In Progress”.
I am not sure whether it takes so much time for McK to respond after the second round.Is anybody aware of this?

Also because of Green Dot is on, doesn't necessarily mean that they are on. It means that they've left themselves available and don't have any settings in place to note that they're not around or they've left slack active on a computer that doesn't have a sleep function, or on running in the background on their phone. So I wouldn't go by that at all.
I used to support someone who was a total night owl. He was sending messages literally all night long. I told him a the beginning that, except if he was traveling internationally, my last check of any device was about 9:30 p.m., and my first check would be around 6:00 a.m. If the sky was falling any time during the night, he would need to call me, because I don't sleep with my phone next to my bed. After a couple of unanswered pings, he finally got it. As everyone has said, it's important for you to set boundaries so that you can disconnect and get some sleep!
Slack allows you to put in your working hours, and set permissions on when you can and can't be contacted. DND/do not disturb function works really really well. And you can mute channels if you want to. It's totally customizable. Set your parameters, answer within your time frames and ignore everything else.
Establish your boundaries asap, if exec asking for non urgent tasks, don't reply to them at 4am!! Turn your phone off. Unless you're a PA getting paid 100k+ you do not need to keep your phone on for work!
The more you give the more they take, I'm sorry but your director isn't the issue here..
I feel like I should disclose that I have ADHD and anxiety, so, this probably is an undue stress. Just wondering how others may have talked themselves through it.
