My company has a public image claiming to be supportive of employees needs. It seems to be true in some locations, but not all.
I started at a different office, and they require a doctors note to provide a standing desk. My last 3 offices provided them, no questions asked. They are all the same company. Is that normal??

My dept has 2 directors. One is so rude. The other ignores the issue. The previous HR director told me to report any issues because she was building a case (not appropriate info to share, I know). She's since left and there's a new HR director. This rude guy has recently sent me several very rude things through email and I'm debating how to handle it. Is it worth it to talk to HR? Im worried it'll just make things worse since none of it is "wrong", just rude and insensitive.

How do I leave my role as someone on the talent team. I am on a small recruitment team of only a few people, who connect daily. I am also responsible for sending out updates tracking new hires and upcoming leavers (aka I would be on this list if i decide to leave). If I am looking to leave my company, considering all of these things, how do I do it in the least awkward, most professional way possible? I got an offer for senior Salesforce associate for support project. The skill set mentioned was LWC, apex and configuration. Wanted to understand how the work will be for Salesforce support in PWC.

Recent lateral junior associate in brand new practice where I'm the only associate. I'm probably going to bill 1,500 hours max this year due to being very slow and taking time off for a delayed honeymoon which I disclosed during my interview process.
