Try to forget about it, even though that's obviously much easier said than done. As long as it's not affecting your work, there isn't much you can or should do about it. These people have made it clear that you're not "in" with them. Treat them accordingly.

I’m on the other side of this situation. If the girl we left out mentioned it - we aren’t going to add her in. She just doesn’t mesh with us and we do stuff outside of work that we discuss in the smaller group chat.

If you have people that report to you, you have to get used to not being invited even if you get along well. No one wants the boss everywhere 🙂 I know some chats exist where I wasn’t included, and I jokingly say, “You need a space to talk about me.” There’s truth to that, but I don’t take it personally.
