My current package in CTS is 8.8L PA in a non metro city and now I got an offer from TCS with the package of 12.9L PA in a metro city which is 50% Hike. If CTS revise my current salary with 30%, shall I stay with CTS or still move to TCS?pls suggest.

Hello, I have a question that needs your inputs how to handle. I am working with a post-MBA Associate on a project and this person seems to do extra work beyond what the team is asking the rest of us to do. Higher offers at 27-28 with more fixed pay is from contract and hire/fire type companies. Mostly indirect hiring instead of direct employment with the final employer, means higher pay with lower jon security - we get little more pay, companies get the option to let go with ease later!
