My friend is looking at Deloitte vs KPMG for financial risk advisory in the US. Assuming salary etc are all similar - which firm (for this practice area) has a better culture and happier employees that stay for longer? Of course team dependent but just want some generalizations.

Looking for recommendations on a good book/resource on how to manage people, especially when you’re managing teams to achieve tight deadlines and also overall leadership for those teams.
