My friend who is an junior/mid art director applied to an ad agency in southern U.S. Before any initial interview, they have asked for up to 10 years of work history including what they were paid at each job. They also want their former supervisor to show up in person at the first interview. I have been working for 9 years and I have never been asked to have a former supervisor join the interview? Is this as strange as I think it is?

Any suggestions on how to answer these interview questions? Thanks!

Finally landed a Product Manager interview. It's taken 30+ applications to get one. Generally, what should I expect? (In terms of questions). This interview is with 2 senior managers. I got passed the initial recruiter screening.

I got a call from KPMG HR for the role of Associate consultant in research team, When she asked me about the expected ctc, I think I quoted less than the market standards but since I am underpaid currently so the amount I quoted was 40-45% hike on my fixed. I have experience of 2.9years
Can anybody please suggest if I clear their interviews will they consider increasing CTC from whatever I quoted becase upon searching for ACon roles they pay much higher than what I quoted.
