Have you considered ivf? With pgt-a testing your chances are great if you have a normal embryo

We did ivf and i am pregnant now at 40 (husband 44)
I’m sorry for your losses ❤️🩹.
The pressure is real, it’s the juggle of trying to be gentle with yourself while seeing time go by. I get it!
Have you been to a fertility specialist, and any reason identified by your OB why the losses occurred?
I’m sorry for your losses, that’s so tough. I’ve always heard that if you’re under 35 and trying for a year, go seek fertility treatment. Over 35 and trying for six months, go seek fertility treatments. And over 40 and trying, start right away. I would seek help if I were in that position and really wanted a second. Good luck OP, I know how hard this is 💜
Definitely look into IVF - my wife and I are the same ages and we're expected baby #2 soon (both were IVF)!
I would consult with an RE/fertility clinic. Your (and your husband’s) test results are the only thing that can give you a relatively accurate picture of what your chances for another are. Have you had testing done on either first trimester loss? I have one child and just had my second 1st trimester loss in a row while trying for our second. We’re waiting on test results now but they’ll help inform whether we have other issues going on and how to proceed.
