My manager has asked some of us to fill Timesheet as NBT or Non Billable. He said we will still be allocated to the account/ project but we will be filling our timesheet as Non Billable !

Can anyone tell me what does it mean in Capgemini ? Will it affect my variable pay, hike , performance appraisals etc ? Will it affect my Bench period ?
