Bain & Company My MBB🐠, when applying as a lateral, say I am applying to the NY offices, do my referrals have to be from people based out of the NY office for them to have an impact, or they would also work if they are from ppl in other offices?

Context: currently at a T2 in NYC, but most of my college friends who work at MBB are in the Midwest

I stand firm on not wasting my time applying for a job that doesn't post the salary with the job description, anyone else do this? I just had a first round interview with BCG, I did ok in one of the interview and did great in the other one. What are my chances of moving to the next round? More info: Based in Canada, there are two 45 mins interview for first round.

Looking to apply to MBB at 1-2 YOE after undergrad. Undergrad GPA isn’t bad, but not MBB quality. Will it help if I take the GMAT early and include the score on my app? How high is good enough? 750+?
