Unless they coerce you through other means, of course. They can't literally force you, but they could strongly persuade you by kicking you out of their house or something. Not sure to what extent your parents are willing to punish you for your grades
Nope, it's a voluntary service at least for the time being. More importantly, why are you struggling with your grades? What's your plan for the future?
They can't force you to do it, but if they're threatening that it must be because they truly think you need to learn discipline in your life. Is this something that you struggle with? Could be they are just concerned for your future
Your parents can't send you to military school without your consent. If you don't want to go, then tell them that and see if there is another solution that can be worked out.
No way, your parents cannot unilaterally send you to military school. You are an adult and they would need your consent to make this type of change to your life.
If they are not happy with your current academic situation, I suggest sitting down with your parents and openly discussing your concerns. Together, you may be able to come up with a plan that will help you improve your grades while still meeting your parents' expectations.
