My PF history shows 3 member IDs, but I worked only in 2 companies. The first company added a PF entry even though I didn’t join them; they marked the same day as exit. I have a letter from them stating no association. Will this cause any issue?

Frist company:- They told my personal details on the day of interview (f2f interview) and told would release offer post joining or onboarding. They created PF after i told i would join however i didn't due to another offer

Few days before of my joining date, i came to know that the technology stack from customer got changed and customer had no requirement for which i was hired. It may seem obvious, but in my experience partners value trial experience over anything else, so get it however you can. For example, my firm will favor a former prosecutor who has seen the courtroom a lot but has no civil litigation experience (not even a depo) over a seasoned associate who has only second chaired cases with a partner but hasn’t tried a case. Even trying a case and losing gives you credibility at my firm because you still did it.

I have received my first offer letter which they wanted me to accept by e- signing it and after i did that theh have sent out form 11 and other documents to be filled in 2 days.
I have never filled form 11 and other personal details untill 1 week before my joining date.

My joining date would be after my notice period which is usually 2 months.
Should I share the person details and form 11 they asked for now itself?
Will it be a problem if i don't wish to join the company later
