Monday is the only answer. Wednesday at home bracketed by in office days feels weird. I'd much rather ease into the work week by starting it off at home.
Wednesday is the best day (IMHO) for appts outside of the work environment. Doctors, dentist and such have had a couple of days to get back into the swing of things but not so long as to be looking forward to the weekend, appts are usually easier to get. And stores are usually less crowded
I would go with Wednesday. I like having a day to work from home in the middle of the week. Most of my coworkers prefer to do Mondays, though.

I think I’d prefer Wednesday as it means you only do a few days in the office in a row.
In my opinion I would chose Friday because it’s the end of the work week that way in your mind you are happy because you don’t have to leave the house and when Monday comes around you’ll look forward to having only 4 days inside of work when splitting the week into 2 might be more of a negative thought of going back to work thoughts on Monday night and Wednesday night

Monday or Wednesday would be my choice as well. Monday gives you one more day before you have to go into the office from the weekend. Wednesday, splits off your week and gives you a day at home in between two days at work. I think it all boils down to personal preference and your personality.
