My salary in tcs is 6.5 lpa. Yoe 8. Tech: ITSM. I have 6 offers in hand with best 20lpa. I thought iam underpaid in Tata Consultancy.
I asked for salary revision in TCS recently. They told me to write internal Exams WINGS and spend atleast 6 to 8 months to complete it for getting 30% hike.
Thats why i decided to quit tcs. Currently serving notice period.
Last date is 5th september.
