My spouse and I have been together for 18 years, married 8. No kids. Busy season is not new to us. He got off work early today, by 3 hrs. He spent some time prepping an upcoming meal (primarily meal preparer). I took a break for groceries. I worked until 6, took our dogs to exercise. Got home and he had fallen asleep. He woke up, upset, hungry, needing laundry, etc. He loves to makes comments in this state about how his job is mental and physical. I just sit at home. So frustrating.

I find it hard to keep it together at school. I was in an abusive relationship that finally lead me to emptiness and emotional trying times. I keep things bottled up about school and home.

We always keep hearing about the bad WLB in MBB, especially BCG. Want to know if it's actually true, or is it an untrue rumor spread by people who couldn't get into these companies.

(Note - I am talking about incremental WLB issues, over and above the issues at Deloitte S&O, Accenture Strategy, etc. as these issues are common in management consulting)

How is BUSINESS ANALYST -APPLICATION OWNER -DEPUTY MANAGER BAND II in ICICI Bank?
Also growth and WLB in technology division and anyone had similar offer with ICICI Bank.

I'm 6 months old at D! Planning early promotion next year.. counselor and pm both are backing me.. I need to go to India for at least 4 weeks in Dec ... most probably would be rolling off from current project by then .. would this vacation hurt my promotion chances coz of utilization etc?
