My TC is just over 200k as a director, had a recruiter at a much smaller company reach out and gauge my interest in a VP level role. New position, so he didn't have a hiring budget/target in mind. I didn't throw a number out, I'm in a very stable company with unvested equity and opportunity for growth. That being said, this new position *is* something i'm interested in pursuing.

It’s me and an ECD expected to run the day to day with no visibility into the network. We routinely get agency decisions rolling down to us without guidance on how to implement.
