YOE - 15 years, SAP Functional, Current CTC - 32 Lacs.

Sandoz - 47 Lacs fixed + 8 lacs Bonus
GE Vernova - 47 Lacs + 7 lacs Bonus

Both the roles are similar and even the CTC offered is almost same. Wanted to know which one will be better in terms of WLB, growth and work culture. Thanks.

I've received an offer from LnT (29 LPA), is that good enough to resign now , considering my CCTC is 25.8.
